The Draay Estate, the residential location of the Draay family, stood on Coruscant. Krynda Draay resided here alongside her household droid, 9BD. Her son, Lucien, also lived here until his induction into the Jedi Order. The Republic fleet's bombardment in 3963 BBY caused extensive damage to the estate.

Following the conclusion of the Great Sith War, Krynda Draay withdrew from active duty within the Jedi Order. She consistently declined to meet with any Jedi bringing prospective candidates for Jedi training. However, upon the arrival of the young Mirulukan girl, Q'Anilia, Krynda recognized her unique potential and agreed to mentor her. Krynda then proceeded to train three more potential seers, forming the First WatchCircle. Through them, Krynda established a secret Covenant of Jedi. Together with Haazen, her husband's retainer, she gathered Force-sensitive children and dissatisfied Jedi to create her Jedi Covenant.
While not officially a Jedi training academy, many Jedi sent their students to her for instruction, although she only accepted the most talented. Krynda, holding a particular fondness for the Miraluka, would often train several at once.
After the First WatchCircle's graduation, Krynda continued to train numerous seers at the Estate. Following the Padawan Massacre on Taris, she ceased accepting visitors, communicating solely through Haazen.
In 3963 BBY, Master Xamar escorted fugitive Padawan Zayne Carrick and his associate Marn Hierogryph to the Draay Estate so Krynda could properly examine Carrick to determine the threat of his possession of the Muur Talisman. This was revealed as a ruse. Actually, Xamar and Carrick intended to rescue Krynda before the Jedi Order raided the Estate to put an end to the Covenant. Lucien wanted to kill his "fallen" Padawan, but Xamar warned him that the "Talisman" (which was a fake) might claim another, and that only Krynda could assess the threat. Unfortunately, Haazen wanted to personally examine Zayne, forcing them to improvise, as Zayne put on a "Sith act" so that Xamar could open the doors for the Order's Knights to enter. Haazen then issued command word Vindication, which alerted all Covenant members to the threat. Haazen then took control of the orbiting Republic fleet and forced it to fire on the skybridge, severely damaging the Estate.

The Estate, a sprawling complex constructed from red stone, was easily visible from the surrounding areas. The walled mansion, adorned with stained-glass domes and windows, contained hundreds of rooms and featured rooftop gardens. Krynda cultivated many tall trees and bushes among the towers.
Over time, the Draay Trust provided funds for the construction of additional towers and rotundas. The Estate, accessed through a bronzium gate, was designed in a spiral pattern and stood as one of the largest privately owned residences on the planet.
Following Raana Tey's death on Taris, the surviving members of the First WatchCircle erected a monument in her memory and held a memorial to honor her.
Within the Estate, the First WatchCircle maintained a computer room housing a large databank containing records and profiles of all their agents, including Covenant Shadows.
