Drewen Qweebjillan

Drewen Qweebjillan, a male Segredo, existed during the High Republic Era. At the Kul Kenada Spaceport located on the Outer Rim planet Blarrum, Drewen overheard chatter concerning Ty Yorrick, a hunter of monsters, who had been employed to recapture a loose gundark. Eager to observe Yorrick's prowess, Drewen ventured into the nearby forest, startling the hunter in the midst of her battle with the creature. Despite nearly falling victim to the gundark himself before Yorrick intervened, Drewen remained unfazed, captivated by her abilities. Yorrick reprimanded the Segredo for his reckless behavior, departing on her speeder, but Drewen trailed her back to her starship at the spaceport.

Biography

The Segredo was caught in Yorrick's skirmish with a gundark.

During the [High Republic Era](/article/high_republic_era], the Segredo individual named Drewen Qweebjillan lived his life. Sometime between 232 BBY and 231 BBY, Drewen found himself at the Kul Kenada Spaceport on the world of Blarrum, a celestial body situated within the Outer Rim Territories. While present at the spaceport, he overheard information regarding Ty Yorrick, a monster hunter and saber-for-hire, who had been contracted by the beast-trader Triv Blago to recapture an escaped gundark that was considered a prize. Intrigued by Yorrick's reputation, the Segredo decided he wanted to witness her skills firsthand, so he followed her into the forest. As Drewen observed Yorrick's attempts to subdue the gundark, the monster hunter was unexpectedly knocked to the ground directly in front of him. Startled, Drewen greeted Yorrick, who responded by questioning his identity.

However, with the gundark closing in, Yorrick dismissed her question and instead instructed Drewen to avoid being captured by the creature. The Segredo fled from the gundark, screaming as the beast pursued him relentlessly. Recognizing Drewen's peril, Yorrick—a former Jedi—activated her lightsaber, severing the gundark's head and killing the creature just as it was about to reach the Segredo. Drewen expressed his gratitude to Yorrick for saving his life, marveling at both her skill and the power of her lightsaber. When Yorrick inquired about his presence, Drewen confessed that he had simply wanted to observe her work. Yorrick admonished the Segredo for needlessly endangering himself as she departed on her speeder, but Drewen was unbothered, believing that the near-death experience was a worthwhile price to pay for witnessing Yorrick's abilities.

After Yorrick made her way back to Kul Kenada Spaceport, Drewen shadowed her movements. As the monster hunter returned to her starship following a short dispute with Blago, Drewen concealed himself behind a pile of crates near the entry ramp. Subsequently, Yorrick departed aboard her starship, embarking on a new assignment on Loreth.
