The Enforcer One represented a modified version of a Core Galaxy Systems Dreadnaught. It functioned as the flagship for Stenness Node's crime lord, Bogga the Hutt, during the years leading up to the Great Sith War. Under the captaincy of Norufu, an enslaved Near-Human, the Enforcer One measured nine hundred meters in length and was operated by a crew of forty-five. This crew included Grimorg, a Weequay and one of Bogga's primary enforcers. The Enforcer One was heavily armed; its arsenal included potent turbolasers, sixteen laser cannons, and four tractor beam projectors.
In 3999 BBY, this dreadnaught was tasked with safeguarding an Ithullan ore hauler as it traversed the Stenness Node, protecting it from pirates. However, when the ore hauler came under attack by a gang of pirates led by Captain Finhead Stonebone, the Enforcer One was forced to intervene. The dreadnaught employed its tractor beams to seize the pirate ships, specifically the Marauder Starjacker and the Stenness Raider. Subsequently, it transported these captured vessels to Bogga's estate located on the moon of Vo Dasha.

The Enforcer One was a modified Core Galaxy Systems Dreadnaught. The ship had a length of nine hundred meters and its cargo capacity allowed it to hold three thousand tons of material. After the dreadnaught became the property of the crime lord Bogga the Hutt, additional laser cannons were installed, increasing the total number of cannons to sixteen. Furthermore, the vessel was equipped with heavy turbolasers and four tractor beam projectors.
Originally, the Enforcer One was designed for planetary invasions. It was intended to use its turbolasers to break through planetary defense systems and then deploy dropships carrying invasion forces. Even though Bogga acquired the Enforcer One in a somewhat incomplete state, it still possessed formidable weaponry and shields. The heavy turbolaser served as the Enforcer One's primary weapon. The power core and laser actuator incorporated an advanced cooling mechanism that allowed for prolonged usage, while the extended laser barrel was enhanced with experimental galven circuitry to achieve a more focused beam and an extended range.
The Enforcer One possessed an internal landing bay that was nearly three hundred meters in length, along with a pair of massive ship loading arms capable of drawing captured vessels into the bay. The Enforcer One also carried six light tactical fighters, which Bogga replaced on a regular basis. The fighter pilots rarely received extensive starfighter combat training, and the Hutt considered the light tactical fighters to be expendable resources. The Enforcer One was operated by a diverse collection of multispecies Hutt enforcers, including Nikto, Vodrans, Weequays, and Klatooinians. These individuals served as boarding troops and general crew members, and the Enforcer One had sufficient space to accommodate fifty of them.

Originally, the Enforcer One served as an asset of the Galactic Republic military. However, following its decommissioning, the ship was relegated to the salvage yards of Ord Trasi, a planet situated in the Outer Rim. At a later point, Bogga the Hutt, a crime lord operating from Stenness Node, acquired the Enforcer One. The Hutt then transformed the dreadnaught into a formidable space combat-ready starship. Bogga enhanced the Enforcer One by installing additional laser cannons for starfighter engagements, and it subsequently became the flagship of Bogga's fleet. Consequently, the ship was stationed at Bogga's estate on the moon of Vo Dasha. Bogga appointed Norufu, an enslaved Near-Human, as the captain of the Enforcer One. The Weequay Grimorg was assigned the responsibility of maintaining control over the ship's boarding troops. The Enforcer One facilitated victories for Bogga that he would not have otherwise achieved, such as the successful raid on the Nematiec Gang's asteroid base.
In 3999 BBY, the Enforcer One, accompanied by the starfighter pilot Dreebo in one of the ship's light tactical fighters, was assigned to protect an Ithullan ore hauler commanded by Captain Gruna. Despite these efforts, the ore hauler was attacked by a gang of pirates led by Captain Finhead Stonebone. In an attempt to defend the ore hauler, the Enforcer One deployed Dreebo to engage the pirate ships, but his efforts were unsuccessful. Dreebo's starfighter was destroyed by the pirate ore siphoner Marauder Starjacker, which forced the Enforcer One to reveal its presence. With relative ease, the dreadnaught used its tractor beam to capture both the Marauder Starjacker and its sister vessel, the Stenness Raider, and brought the ships on board. Once the pirates were within the Enforcer One's holding bay, Grimorg and his boarding troops surrounded the pirate vessels and took the pirates into custody. Subsequently, the Enforcer One traveled to Vo Dasha, where Grimorg presented the shackled pirates before Bogga himself.
Norufu, an enslaved Near-Human, served as the captain of the Enforcer One. Norufu possessed a strong confidence in the formidable power of the Enforcer One, and he often enjoyed toying with enemies who attacked the ship. He would frequently allow attackers to fire the initial shots, only to witness them harmlessly dissipate against the dreadnaught's robust shields. He would also use the tractor beam to manipulate captured ships before destroying them with the Enforcer One's heavy turbolaser. Norufu was also responsible for managing the downtrodden spacers who operated the control, navigation, and weapons systems. The crew of the Enforcer One also included Grimorg, a Weequay who was a top enforcer for Bogga. Grimorg was tasked with maintaining control over the numerous Vodrans, Klatooinians, Weequays, and Nikto who served as crew hands and boarding troops. Additionally, the Enforcer One housed a group of starfighter pilots who flew the complement of light tactical fighters.
The first appearance of the Enforcer One was in Tales of the Jedi: The Saga of Nomi Sunrider, which was the second story arc of the Tales of the Jedi comic book series. This story arc was written by Tom Veitch and published from late 1993 to early 1994. The Enforcer One made its initial and only appearance in the arc's second issue. David Roach provided the illustrations of the ship in this appearance.
