A battalion belonging to the Grand Army of the Republic participated in the Clone Wars, a conflict that pitted the Galactic Republic against the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and was commanded by Clone Commander Jet. While stationed on an IPV-2C Stealth Corvette during the Battle of Christophsis, the battalion's members served under the leadership of Jedi General Anakin Skywalker. During the Second Battle of Geonosis, leadership of the battalion shifted to Jedi General Ki-Adi-Mundi.
