Jet juice, also known as "engine-room hooch," was a potent alcoholic beverage that pilots could create while traveling aboard starships. While officially prohibited by the High Command of the Rebel Alliance, the production and drinking of jet juice was often overlooked, provided it didn't interfere with one's responsibilities.
Following the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY, humans on the Sanctuary Moon consumed it in large quantities during the celebrations. By 34 ABY, a variation of Jet Juice was available for purchase at Oga's Cantina, situated in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu. On one occasion, Resistance spy Vi Moradi ordered the beverage from Nanz, the bartender, after finishing a work shift.

The 1979 novel Han Solo at Stars' End by Brian Daley first mentioned jet juice within Star Wars Legends. It made its debut into the new canon in the 2015 novel Lost Stars written by Claudia Gray. The webcomic adaptation of the novel provided the first visual depiction of the drink.
A real-world rendition of this beverage can be found at Oga's Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The menu describes it as containing "Maker's Mark bourbon, Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, Cedilla açaí liqueur, white grape Juice, and lemon juice."
The 2020 non-canon video game expansion The Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu features Jet Juice as a beverage sold to the player's Sims at the Oga's Cantina vendor, located in the Black Spire Outpost neighborhood. The Sim automatically learns the recipe after drinking it for the first time and can then make it at mixology bars in their home neighborhood.
