Kabe, a Chadra-Fan of the female persuasion, frequented Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina not long before the Battle of Yavin occurred.
A female Chadra-Fan, Kabe was a regular at Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina. While present at Chalmun's Cantina, she attempted to procure some blue milk from Wuher, but unfortunately lacked any credits. After she happened to listen in on a discussion between two individuals concerning an Imperial cruiser carrying a precious item, Kabe eventually managed to acquire the item and traded it with one of the beings in exchange for credits. Subsequently, Kabe utilized those credits to purchase blue milk from Wuher.
In the year 0 BBY, Kabe resided with Muftak within the maintenance tunnels situated beneath Chalmun's, compensating Ackmena for rent using earnings derived from minor acts of theft and various scams. She came into possession of Lirin D'avi's Kloo horn via a drunken Muftak, who had obtained it from Myo. Myo had won the horn from D'avi's son, Lirin Car'n, and then pawned it to settle a debt owed to Kabe and Muftak. When confronted by an irate Myo, she pointed the finger at Muftak. As a result of several interconnected debts, including D'avi's scheme to sell the horn to repay Greedo, Kabe faced the potential of being killed by Myo for the horn theft, unless Muftak's wager with the bounty hunter Djas Puhr (that Solo would survive the day) proved successful. While awaiting the outcome, she requested a beverage from Wuher at Chalmun's and shared it with Muftak. Moments later, she bore witness to a confrontation between Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker and Dr. Cornelius Evazan and Ponda Baba. Shortly after this altercation, Solo shot Greedo.
Kabe effectively employed her high-pitched vocalizations to capture the attention of Wuher, the bartender at Chalmun's Cantina. Being a female Chadra-Fan, she belonged to a species whose members typically stood at an average height of 1 meter. Her physical characteristics included tan skin covered in brown fur and dark-colored eyes.
