Keer Stenwyt, a Jedi Knight of female gender, was once the Padawan apprentice of Ma-Dok Risto. During the Clone Wars, she fought for both the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic. Not long after the conflict's beginning in 22 BBY, Stenwyt, along with Anakin Skywalker, Olana Chion, D'urban Wen-Hurd, and others, achieved the rank of Knight at a ceremony held at the Jedi Temple training grounds. The knighting was cut short by reports regarding the Cadesura disaster, a bombing that had wrecked Zarra, the capital city of Cato Neimoidia. When Grand Master Yoda asked for her thoughts, Stenwyt suggested that Republic guerrilla fighters acting independently might be responsible.
Mike Chen created Keer Stenwyt for his 2022 novel, Brotherhood. The character's name serves as a tuckerization honoring Kiersten White, a fellow Star Wars author and friend of Chen's.
