Luggs Neelo
Luggs Neelo was Nash Durango's uncle, who was a pilot. He was also the proud owner of an XD-7 speedster that was in immaculate condition. He proudly showed it off at the Tenoo Starship Show in 232 BBY. Neelo loved his XD-7, but only for its appearance, so he never wanted to fly it. When he brought his XD-7 to Tenoo, he made sure to install a cockpit lock and a secret tracker on the ship to keep it safe. However, Draiven Bosh and his team created a diversion at the Tenoo Starship Show. This let the Moldwarp thief steal Neelo's XD-7, despite Neelo's precautions.
Neelo, along with Durango, the droid RJ-83, and Jedi Initiates Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs, used the tracker to follow Bosh to a scrapper shop owned by the Ugnaught Eunice Ino. Neelo and the Jedi secretly entered the hangar to attach the Crimson Firehawk's tow cable to the XD-7 to get it back. They accidentally knocked over some crates with the cable, and Bosh's crew saw them. The crew quickly tried to stop Neelo from taking back his valuable ship. One of Ino's massiffs cut the tow cable, so Neelo decided to fly the ship out of the hangar, even though he was worried about damaging it. As Neelo took off, Bosh began to close the hangar's blast doors, but Neelo barely managed to escape. Unfortunately, the blast doors scratched his XD-7 as he left, but Neelo quickly began to appreciate the joy of flying the ship.
When he returned to the Starship Show, Neelo chose to keep showing off his XD-7. However, he allowed the attendees to see it up close and even let children sit in the cockpit. Neelo thanked his niece for her help by letting her fly the ship around Tenoo.
