Mojang released the Star Wars Sequel Skin Pack on March 27, 2018, a few months after Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi premiered in theaters on December 15, 2017. It was a purchasable cosmetic pack that 4J Studios developed. This skin pack included 55 character skins from the first two films of the sequel trilogy, Star Wars: Episode VII The Force Awakens and Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi. Players can choose from characters like Rey, Finn, Poe Dameron, Snoke, and others.
The Solo: A Star Wars Story Pack, released by Mojang Studios on August 28, 2018, is a cosmetic pack inspired by the film of the same name from 2018. It includes more than 30 character skins from the film, including Han Solo, Chewbacca, Qi'ra, Tobias Beckett, Rio Durant, Dryden Vos, and many more for players to choose.
Mojang Studios released Minecraft Star Wars on November 16, 2020. This paid story adventure DLC features well-known characters and settings from the original trilogy films and the first season of the 2019 Disney+ live-action series The Mandalorian. 4J Studios and Mojang Studios developed it in collaboration with Disney and Lucasfilm.
In addition to a large map divided into sections representing different planets, there are 36 skins included. Every location contains recognizable set pieces taken from the films and the series. The DLC also includes a texture pack that modifies the existing textures and models to resemble Star Wars universe materials, vehicles, and characters.
Minecraft Star Wars: Path of the Jedi is the second story-driven DLC available for purchase for Minecraft. It allows players to step into the role of a Padawan within the Jedi Order during the Clone Wars era. As the player progresses towards becoming a Jedi Knight, they will have the opportunity to construct their personal lightsaber and customize a droid. The release date is set for November 7, 2023.
