Mortis monolith

During the era of the Clone Wars, within a Wild Space star system called Chrelythiumn, a gigantic octahedral monolith materialized. This monolith housed a vergence in the Force, acting as a portal to the dimension of Mortis. This octahedron had dimensions of 5 kilometers in length, width, and depth, showcasing a black surface adorned with red lines.

The monolith's emergence was signaled by a 2,000-year-old distress signal. However, only Anakin Skywalker, known as the Chosen One, and his fellow Jedi could perceive the monolith from their shuttle. The Galactic Republic forces, with whom Skywalker was scheduled to meet, remained unaware of its abrupt arrival. This was orchestrated by the Father, a potent Force wielder residing on Mortis in seclusion, who desired to meet with Skywalker to assess his worthiness as the Chosen One and had drawn him to that place.

Upon Skywalker, his Padawan Ahsoka Tano, and Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi observing the monolith, its gravitational pull drew them and their shuttle into its portal, engulfing them in a radiant white light. Sometime later, the three awoke on the terrestrial world of Mortis. The monolith vanished after Skywalker and his companions ultimately fled Mortis, leaving no indication of its existence within the star system.
