Obi-Wan vs Inquisitors, also known as Obi-Wan's present for Vader, is a non-canon animated short made with LEGO bricks. It was launched on the LEGO YouTube channel and StarWarsKids.com on November 18, 2022. This short is a segment of the LEGO STAR WARS: Celebrate the Season collection.
The short begins with Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, a fugitive, riding an eopie through the Tatooine desert.
The Inquisitorius' transport, the Scythe, startles Kenobi and his mount. Kenobi then tails the Inquisitors as they head to Mos Eisley. Upon arrival, the Grand Inquisitor, Reva Sevander, and the Fifth Brother disembark from their shuttle.
Kenobi, along with his eopie, observes the Inquisitors as they enter a local cafe and proceed to intimidate the customers. In a playful act, Kenobi wraps the Scythe with Christmas wrapping paper. This greatly irritates the Grand Inquisitor, who responds by activating his double-bladed spinning lightsaber. The Grand Inquisitor then sets up a trap, disguised as a mat that transforms into a massive Christmas present. However, Kenobi cleverly directs the eopie into the trap instead.
After successfully capturing the eopie, the Grand Inquisitor and his Inquisitor colleagues rendezvous with Darth Vader on board an Imperial Star Destroyer. They present the Christmas gift, only to find the eopie inside, adorned with Christmas lights. The eopie gives Vader a lick, which enrages him. The Inquisitors attempt to escape, but Vader uses the Force to throw them against a wall. Vader then joins the Inquisitors in their hasty retreat down the hallway.
