Oksan, a Zygerrian, served as a member of Ana Tolla's smuggling team. In the year 34 ABY, the team was apprehended while attempting to obliterate Kat Saka's property on the Outer Rim world of Batuu through the use of sodilium detonators. When cornered, Tolla threatened to trigger the explosives that Oksan had assisted in positioning, but Oksan intervened, unwilling to die. Subsequently, Oksan offered no resistance when captured by the henchmen of Oga Garra, Batuu's local crime syndicate leader.
Oksan, a Zygerrian, was part of Ana Tolla's smuggling organization. In 34 ABY, following a mission, he accompanied the crew to a bar located on the Outer Rim Territories planet Actlyon. While the crew enjoyed refreshments at the bar, they were forced to make a hasty escape due to a raid by bounty hunters. Oksan then followed his comrades back to Tolla's spacecraft, abandoning their former colleague Izal Garsea as per their leader's instructions.

After departing Actlyon, Tolla's crew journeyed to the Outer Rim planet Batuu for their next endeavor. Oksan aided in the capture of Julen Rakab, a farmer, from the ancient ruins situated on the outskirts of Black Spire Outpost, with the intention of coercing him into assisting in the destruction of Kat Saka's property. Garsea, a friend who Rakab had been spending time with since her abandonment by Tolla's crew, was also seized as collateral to ensure his compliance. Oksan and his associate Damar Olin expressed concern when Delta Jeet, the pilot, failed to deliver Garsea to the crew, but Tolla reassured them that their mission would proceed as planned. Subsequently, Oksan and Tolla prepared sodilium detonator explosives to eradicate the farm's Surabat grain crops, emplacing them within the fields and affixing them to a water tower.
The pair ascended halfway up the tower before Garsea and Volt Vescuso, an employee of the Creature Stall, arrived at the farm to thwart Oksan and Tolla's progress. Lucky, Garsea's loralora bird, attacked the Zygerrian, causing him to fall three meters to the ground. Oksan then exchanged blaster fire with Vescuso and limped to join Tolla at the tower's base. Faced with no means of escape, Tolla threatened to detonate the bombs she and Oksan had planted, aware that Garsea and Vescuso wished to prevent the farm's destruction. However, triggering the explosives would result in the death of herself and others within the blast radius, prompting Oksan to seize the detonator from her, as he was unwilling to forfeit his own life. Oksan offered no resistance when he and Tolla were apprehended by the thugs of Oga Garra, the local crime syndicate boss on Batuu.
Oksan possessed a reserved and sullen demeanor, which reminded the smuggler Izal Garsea of her mother. He displayed hostility towards the farmer Julen Rakab and willingly participated in his capture as part of the operation, but appeared uneasy with the idea of blindly following Ana Tolla's directives. While Oksan agreed to destroy Kat Saka's farm according to Tolla's initial plan, he was unwilling to complete the mission at the expense of his own life. The Zygerrian did not resist arrest by Oga Garra's thugs.
Oksan had yellow eyes, gray fur, and a face exhibiting feline characteristics. He possessed a robust and muscular physique, and was considered the strongman of his crew.
While at a bar on Actylon, Oksan wore a piece of clothing. During the operation on Batuu, he carried a blaster and had access to sodilium detonators.
Oksan made his debut in A Crash of Fate, a young-adult novel from 2019 authored by Zoraida Córdova.
