The Beauchen raid transpired in 4 ABY upon the planet Beauchen. The 204th Imperial Fighter Wing of the Galactic Empire participated in the raid, resulting in numerous fatalities. In that same year, Caern Adan, an agent of New Republic Intelligence, began to surmise the fighter wing's culpability in the assault and shared his hypothesis during a discussion with the reprogrammed IT-O Interrogation Unit known as IT-O. Subsequently, in 5 ABY, while reviewing a massacre that occurred at Anx Minor aboard the Acclamator-class transgalactic military assault ship Lodestar, Lieutenant Yrica Quell and Adan noted the event's comprehensive nature, comparing it to the 204th's actions on Beauchen.
The 2019 novel Alphabet Squadron, penned by Alexander Freed and serving as the initial installment in the Star Wars: Alphabet Squadron trilogy, contained the first reference to the Beauchen raid.
