Rosii, a Rodian male, was assigned to a clandestine Galactic Alliance Security blockhouse on Coruscant. This secret facility held Valin Horn and Jysella Horn, two Jedi Knights suffering from psychotic episodes, suspended in carbonite during 43 ABY. Rosii's colleague was Sergeant [Weeze], also a member of Galactic Alliance Security. Both were on duty when a party of Jedi, authorized by Judge Arabelle Lorteli, sought to see the Horns. Rosii and Weeze denied the presence of the psychotic Jedi, falsely claiming the facility was just a storage area. However, a Galactic Alliance Security assault team, led by Captain Atar, arrived. The Jedi showed Atar the authorization, compelling him to grant them access to the Horns.

Rosii, a male Rodian, was a member of Galactic Alliance Security during the era after the Second Galactic Civil War. In the year 43 ABY, he was stationed at Galactic Alliance Security Detention Center 81, a covert blockhouse commanded by Colonel Wruq Retk on the planet Coruscant. Valin Horn, a Jedi Knight, and his sister, fellow Jedi Knight Jysella Horn, both succumbed to a baffling psychosis. Consequently, the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances determined to encase them in [carbonite](/article/carbonite-legends]. Ultimately, they were placed in the blockhouse where Rosii was stationed.
However, the Jedi Order discovered the Horn siblings' location and, through a mind trick on Arabelle Lorteli, the chief judge of the Court of Jedi Affairs, they obtained a document granting them permission to enter the facility. Jaina Solo, a Jedi Knight, arrived at the facility and spoke with Rosii and another Rodian, Sergeant Weeze, in the lobby area. The Rodians denied that the Horns were present in the facility, and Weeze activated an alarm. Solo promptly used the Force to push them back and disarm them of their blasters. Simultaneously, a group of Jedi Masters arrived at the facility, accompanied by a large group of reporters. Solo presented the document that Lorteli had signed, and at that moment, a Galactic Alliance Security assault squad under the leadership of Captain Atar appeared. The Jedi then showed Atar the document, which forced him to grant them entry into the facility.
Rosii made an appearance in Fate of the Jedi: Abyss, the third installment of the nine-part Fate of the Jedi series, penned by Troy Denning and released in 2009.
