Silas Tagge was a male human scientist who held the position of Head of Weapons Development within the Tagge Corporation during the time of the Galactic Civil War. Being a member of the esteemed House of Tagge, he was the older brother to Domina Tagge, who presided over the corporation as its chairwoman. Similar to their sibling Orman, Silas deeply desired to take control of the family enterprise. In the year 3 ABY, his intense envy drove him to employ the services of the bounty hunter known as Boushh along with his crew. He used the Crimson Dawn crime syndicate as an intermediary to assassinate the other members of the Tagge Corporation's Executive Board during a meeting that was to take place on the company's flagship, named the Acquisitor. However, this scheme ultimately failed, resulting in the scientist being killed by his very own sister. Following his demise, a funeral was arranged to honor Silas.
