Sistros Nevet
Sistros Nevet, a female individual, held a position among the Four Sages of Dwartii. These sages were ancient lawmakers who lived at the beginning of the Galactic Republic. Sistros played a role in establishing the Republic's original constitution. She was a Nouanese minister and lawmaker, known for her cold and calculating nature. In her lifetime, she was perceived as a ruler devoid of emotion and was even accused of exploiting her influence during the Republic's formation for personal gain.
Throughout his political life, Sheev Palpatine held this historical philosopher in high regard. When he was the Senator representing Naboo, he suggested to Supreme Chancellor Finis Valorum that Sistros' image be prominently featured on the invitations for the Galactic Republic's millennial celebration. During his time as Supreme Chancellor, Palpatine maintained a bronzium statue of Sistros, depicted as a cloaked figure, in his office. After becoming Galactic Emperor following the end of the Clone Wars, Palpatine relocated to new quarters within the Imperial Palace, bringing the Sistros statue with him. This statue possessed a neuranium layer beneath its bronze exterior, and it concealed one of his Sith lightsabers within.
