Tezzka Krim, a female Pyke, held the position of wife to Marg Krim, a prominent leader within the Pyke Syndicate during the era of the Clone Wars. Furthermore, she was the mother of two children, specifically Laalee and Vram. Following Marg Krim's refusal to integrate the Pyke Syndicate into the larger Black Sun crime organization, Tezzka and her two children were abducted by the Black Sun. Subsequently, the independent bounty hunters Asajj Ventress and Quinlan Vos successfully rescued her and her children from the Black Sun fortress situated on Mustafar. Nevertheless, the Krim family subsequently became a target for retaliation by Black Sun.
Tezzka Krim entered into marriage with Marg Krim, an influential figure in the Pyke Syndicate, and together they bore two children, Laalee and Pyke. Their residence was on the Pyke homeworld known as Oba Diah. As the Clone Wars unfolded, Krim ascended to the leadership position within the Pyke Syndicate, which specialized in the distribution of various illicit spice substances throughout the galaxy. Upon Marg's rejection of the Black Sun syndicate's proposition to merge their respective organizations, Ziton Moj, the leader of Black Sun, orchestrated the abduction of Tezzka and her children in an attempt to coerce Marg into reconsidering his decision.
Ziton transported Tezzka and her offspring to the Black Sun fortress located on Mustafar, where they were confined within a "house" situated atop the fortress's dominant tower. At some juncture during their imprisonment, Ziton's robust Falleen guards forcibly separated Tezzka from her children, escorting her to Ziton's palace. Later, Asajj Ventress and Quinlan Vos, the bounty hunters engaged by her husband to secure the family's rescue, successfully liberated Laalee and Vram. Although the hunters initially failed to locate Tezzka, Vos employed his psychometric talents to interpret Laalee's locket, which contained a miniature hologram of Tezzka.
Through the locket, Vos gained insight into Tezzka's ordeal and deduced that she remained within Ziton's palace. After ensuring the children's safety, Ventress and Vos devised a strategy to liberate Tezzka. Their rescue operation proved timely, as Ziton had just discovered the children's escape and issued directives to execute Tezzka as a warning to Krim. Before Ziton could carry out the execution, Vos successfully rescued her. Following a brief confrontation, she fled aboard the bounty hunters' ship, the Banshee, where she was reunited with her children.
Subsequently, Ventress and Vos returned Tezzka and her children to Oba Diah. Overjoyed by his family's rescue, Marg compensated the bounty hunters with double the initially agreed-upon sum. However, Krim's joy was short-lived, as Black Sun subsequently dispatched a fleet to Oba Diah to settle accounts with the Krims. Ventress and Vos witnessed the arrival of the Black Sun fleet as they departed Oba Diah. Vos expressed concern that Black Sun would execute Tezzka and her children in front of her husband.
The rescue of Marg Krim's family was subsequently referenced in "Index of Organizations," a survival guide distributed by Carson Teva during the New Republic Era.
Tezzka Krim demonstrated unwavering loyalty to her husband, Marg Krim, and profound affection for their two children, Laalee and Vram. As a Pyke, she possessed elongated, slender limbs and a sizable, extended head with a tapering skull. Her profound love for her children motivated her to engage in a struggle with several Falleen Black Sun guards who forcibly separated them. According to Vos, who glimpsed the struggle through his psychometric abilities, Tezzka fought with the ferocity of a nexu defending her young. Despite her valiant efforts, she was outmatched by the imposing Falleen, who escorted her to Ziton's palace. She was also identified as having blue eyes.
Tezzka Krim made her inaugural appearance as a supporting character in Christie Golden's 2015 novel Dark Disciple, which was based on eight unproduced scripts from the canceled Cartoon Network television series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Dark Disciple constitutes a segment of the Canon The Clone Wars Legacy, an ongoing multimedia endeavor utilizing material from the canceled series.
