Tiver was a Chadra-Fan bounty hunter of the female persuasion, who was partnered with a Gand named Rinn. This duo, in conjunction with the Rodian Neelda and the human Jango Fett, were contracted to capture a Twi'lek who had run away and was attempting to escape her father alongside her love interest, Griph. Following the girl's capture, Tiver and Rinn turned against Fett and his son, Boba. However, Boba shot and killed both of them.
By the year 23 BBY, Tiver had become a bounty hunter and had established a partnership with the Gand known as Rinn. The pair accepted various assignments, some of which they undertook alongside the Rodian Neelda. At some point prior to the plot to assassinate Senator Amidala, the three were employed by a man to retrieve his runaway daughter. They convened on Telerath, where they were joined by the respected bounty hunter, Jango Fett, who would also participate in the mission. They were taken aback when they discovered he had brought his son, Boba Fett, along. Regardless, they were compelled to accept Boba's presence.
Tiver and the other bounty hunters traveled to the planet of Ord Mantell in order to intercept their target. While Fett pledged to watch the skies, the others, including Boba, were inside a cantina, awaiting the arrival of the Twi'lek girl. Before long, she entered the bar to meet her lover, Griph. As the two conversed on the balcony, Tiver and the other three cornered them. Griph abandoned the girl when Neelda instructed him to leave, and the Twi'lek attempted to jump off the ledge. However, Fett caught her in time and stunned her. After placing the girl inside Fett's ship, the bounty hunters followed him while he spoke with Boba. However, Tiver and Rinn had other ideas. Tiver tackled Boba to the ground, while Rinn seized the boy's blaster and held Fett at gunpoint, demanding he relinquish the bounty to them. Boba then revealed another blaster he possessed and killed Tiver. After shooting down the surprised Rinn, Boba allowed Neelda to flee to inform others of what had transpired.
Tiver was a Chadra-Fan of the female sex, with brown hair and brown eyes. She and Rinn were driven by a desire to seize Fett's bounty for themselves. Tiver held jobs with little value in low regard, such as her fatal job on Ord Mantell where she underestimated Boba's skill. This ultimately resulted in her sudden death.
