A guard of the Gamorrean species once served under Jabba Desilijic Tiure and Bib Fortuna, both crime lords. This was before the bounty hunter Boba Fett took control of Jabba's Palace and established his own gotra. Sometime following the takeover, the Gamorrean, along with a fellow guard, were apprehended and brought before Fett. Instead of torturing them, Fett spared their lives on the condition that they pledge allegiance to him.
While serving Fett, this Gamorrean sported minimal armor, consisting solely of a single pauldron on the left shoulder. This contrasted with their partner, who wore two pauldrons and a metal helmet. For close-quarters combat, the guard wielded a small sword. These two guards assisted their leader when he was attacked by assassins from the Order of the Night Wind. Later, they dragged Fett back to the bacta pod inside the palace for healing after a fight. After Fennec Shand, Fett's second-in-command, brought the sole-surviving assassin back to the palace, the Gamorrean, on Fett's orders, held a blade to the assassin's throat, but the crime boss decided to let him live a little longer.
The guard and their compatriot later participated in the Battle for Mos Espa against the Pyke Syndicate, where they were both killed after being pushed off a cliff by Klatooinians belonging to a crime family.
The initial appearance of this Gamorrean guard was in "Chapter 1: Stranger in a Strange Land," which served as the debut episode of The Book of Boba Fett. It was released on Disney+ on December 29, 2021. Collin Hymes, a U.S. Marine, played the role of the guard. Despite the Gamorreans appearing nearly identical in the show, Hymes mentioned on his Instagram account that he portrayed the "better looking" one, specifying that his character was the one without a helmet, as opposed to the more heavily armored Gamorrean played by Frank Trigg.
