A male of the Human species functioned as a Sith Lord within the ranks of the One Sith and the Galactic Empire of Darth Krayt circa 138 ABY. Following the command from Darth Wyyrlok, the Dark Lord of the Sith, to initiate the Final Protocol against the planet Dac—which had been subjected to poisoning via the actions of Vul Isen, a scientist of the Sith—this Human Sith tried to defend Isen's laboratory situated on the planet Daluuj. This occurred when Cade Skywalker, formerly a Jedi, and his companions launched an assault on Isen's base, seeking to capture the individual known as the "Butcher of Dac." The Sith Lord engaged Skywalker in a lightsaber duel upon a bridge; Skywalker gained dominance and severed the legs of the male. Skywalker interrogated him, but after determining that the Human lacked information regarding Isen's location, Skywalker abandoned him to perish when the explosives, planted by Skywalker's allies within the laboratory, were triggered.
A Sith Lord of Human male descent gave his service to the Galactic Empire and One Sith Order of Darth Krayt, the Dark Lord of the Sith, having ended the lives of a multitude of Jedi up to the year 138 ABY. Sometime prior, in 137 ABY, Darth Wyyrlok, a Sith Lord who held the position of Krayt's Voice and commanded the Empire while Krayt was indisposed, gave the order for the Final Protocol to be carried out, resulting in the extermination of the vast majority of the population of the planet Dac. During these events, the Human Sith Lord was stationed at the laboratory of Vul Isen, a Givin scientist located on the Outer Rim planet Daluuj. Isen was responsible for the creation of the viral spores that were used to contaminate the waters of Dac.

Early in 138 ABY, Cade Skywalker, the former Jedi, and his allies attacked Isen's laboratory in an attempt to locate the scientist known by the moniker "Butcher of Dac." The Sith Lord confronted Skywalker and initiated a lightsaber duel on the bridge connecting to the laboratory, during which he attempted to belittle and mock the former Jedi. However, Skywalker managed to avoid an attack from the Sith and severed his legs. The injured Sith Lord was then questioned by Skywalker regarding the whereabouts of Isen, with Skywalker promising to spare his life if he revealed Isen's location. The Sith disclosed that the laboratory Skywalker had attacked was indeed Isen's, but that the Givin scientist had already abandoned it, taking all evidence with him. He further revealed that Isen had not shared his knowledge with anyone else.
When Skywalker ordered Jariah Syn, a member of his crew, to detonate the explosives that had been placed in the laboratory and began to escape alongside his former Jedi Master Wolf Sazen, the Human Sith cursed Skywalker, accusing him of violating the Jedi's code. However, Skywalker reminded him that his life was only guaranteed if he provided information about Isen's location, and the Sith ultimately died in the explosion when the explosives were detonated.
The individual in question was a Human male Sith Lord characterized by red and black tattoos covering his entire body, along with long, flowing black hair. He had a spike piercing his left ear, and also had spike implants grafted onto his skull. During combat, the Sith Lord wielded a lightsaber powered by a red crystal. He possessed fluency in both Galactic Basic Standard and Huttese, using the latter to refer to Skywalker as a "worm-eating liar." Throughout his confrontation with Skywalker, he made a deliberate effort to insult the former Jedi, and also boasted about having defeated Jedi who were more powerful than Skywalker. After his defeat at the hands of Skywalker, the Sith Lord revealed all the information he possessed regarding Isen. He also cursed Skywalker when the former Jedi chose to leave him to die.
The Sith Lord demonstrated proficiency in lightsaber combat, briefly engaging Skywalker in a duel, and possessed Force-sensitivity to the Force. By the time he confronted Skywalker, he had already killed numerous Jedi.

The Human Sith Lord was a creation of John Ostrander, the writer responsible for the Star Wars: Legacy comic series. His inaugural appearance occurred in the series' forty-eighth issue, which was launched on May 26, 2010 and marked the beginning of the Extremes story arc. The cover art for Extremes, Part 1 showcased the man wielding two lightsabers in combat against Cade Skywalker. However, the narrative itself depicted him utilizing only a single lightsaber. Jan Duursema, the artist who penciled the Sith, later verified that he was a Human with spike implants grafted onto his skull. Duursema subsequently confirmed that all Sith who bore tattoos in the Legacy comics held the title of Sith Lord and functioned as Sith warriors within Darth Krayt's Empire.
