Unidentified Nautolan Sith (Vendaxa)
This Sith, a Nautolan male, was a member within the One Sith Order of Darth Krayt, the Dark Lord of the Sith. He stood alongside Krayt's Hands, namely Darth Talon and Darth Nihl, during a skirmish that occurred on the planet of Vendaxa in 137 ABY. At this time, the starship known as the Mynock was in the process of delivering Marasiah Fel, the princess of the Fel Empire, to a group of Imperial Knights. Subsequent to one of his comrades inflicting a severe wound upon Fel, this particular Sith engaged in combat with Knight Ganner Krieg.
History
This Nautolan Sith became a part of Darth Krayt's One Sith Order, led by the Dark Lord of the Sith. He underwent Sith training, resulting in the acquisition of full-body Sith tattoos, at some point during or prior to the outbreak of the Second Imperial Civil War. This conflict pitted Krayt's Galactic Empire against the former Fel Empire, which had now become the Empire-in-exile. Seven years into this war, Darth Talon, one of Krayt's two Hands, was tasked with capturing Marasiah Fel, the princess of the Empire-in-exile. The intention was that either she would escape and return to her father, the leader of the remnant, or he would make an attempt to rescue her.
After Talon's failure to capture her, Fel ended up in the custody of former Padawan Cade Skywalker, who transported her off-planet aboard his starship, the Mynock. Talon pursued them to the planet Vendaxa with a Sith force that included the Nautolan. On Vendaxa, Fel's group had arranged a meeting with Jedi Knight Shado Vao and his Jedi Master, Wolf Sazen, to ensure her safety. Darth Talon destroyed the Jedi duo's transport and engaged the group before being |propelled into the Vendaxan jungle by Skywalker. Subsequently, she organized the Sith into groups, one to follow her and attack the group, and another to join her fellow Hand, Darth Nihl, in shooting down inbound vessels using Predator-class fighters. The Nautolan was assigned to the former group.
When two ships arrived, they were swiftly destroyed above the clearing where the Mynock had landed. Talon's group advanced, but Roan Fel was not on either ship. Instead, Ganner Krieg and Antares Draco, two Imperial Knights, survived the crashes and joined the Mynock crew in fighting the Sith. During the battle, one of the Nautolan's allies wounded Marasiah, which enraged Krieg. He then fought the Nautolan and a group of Sith alone, while Draco escorted the princess to safety aboard the Mynock. Despite some engine problems, they managed to take off and escape.
Personality and traits
The male Nautolan Sith, recognizable by the red and black tattoos covering his body, had completed his training as a member of Darth Krayt's One Sith Order. During his confrontation with Ganner Krieg on Vendaxa, he brandished a red lightsaber.
Behind the scenes
The Nautolan Sith made an appearance in the seventh issue of the Star Wars: Legacy comic book series, which served as the conclusion to the opening arc. Although he was depicted fighting Krieg in a single panel, he was not seen again afterward.
