A worker at the Nooroyo primary landing control toiled on the planet Nooroyo, a world known for its spice production, contributing to the planet's functionality after its integration into the Confederacy of Independent Systems. During 22 BBY, this individual was responsible for assigning the designated flight route and landing coordinates to Padmé Amidala, the former queen of the Mid Rim planet Naboo, during her visit to the planet accompanied by Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker.

During the [Republic Era](/article/republic_era], an individual served as a worker for the Nooroyo primary landing control on Nooroyo, the planet renowned for its spice production. Shortly after the start of the Clone Wars in 22 BBY, after Nooroyo joined the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the landing control began maintaining records of all arriving ships.
In that year, the worker used a comm to contact the ship carrying Padmé Amidala, the former queen from the Mid Rim planet Naboo, as she visited Nooroyo alongside Jedi Padawan Anakin Skywalker. Their mission was to escort five Naboo artists from the Torada Collective, who resided in an artist commune on the planet, back to their home world. After discovering the purpose of their visit, the worker scanned their vessel and eventually gave Amidala instructions to adhere to the designated flight path and landing area, indicating that all visiting vessels were now logged. After the pair departed, Amidala was perplexed by the recording of their ship's arrival and the employee's curt behavior, considering that Nooroyo did not usually keep such logs and was typically welcoming. The former queen and Skywalker left the planet shortly thereafter—along with one of the artists, Antraya, the sister of Queen Jamillia—after the landing control worker's scan prompted a scanning crew to investigate their presence on Nooroyo.
The worker executed their responsibilities with efficiency as a landing control operator, promptly requesting Amidala's identification as she and Skywalker approached Nooroyo. Amidala perceived the employee's interaction as uncharacteristically unfriendly compared to her past experiences with the world, attributing this shift in attitude to the planet's alignment with the Separatists.
The voice of this worker was featured in Queen's Hope, a young-adult novel penned by E. K. Johnston and released in 2022.
