Shortly following the commencement of the Clone Wars conflict, specifically after the outbreak at Geonosis, Queen Jamillia of Naboo dispatched Senator Padmé Amidala on a mission. The objective of this task was to retrieve members of the Torada Collective, including Jamillia's sibling Antraya, from the planet Nooroyo and return them to Naboo.
After sustaining injuries and while preparing for her wedding in Varykino, Padmé Amidala received a visit from Naboo's Queen Jamillia. Jamillia arrived at the senator's lakeside residence via a skiff typically used by Naboo's royal family. In a private discussion, Jamillia informed Amidala that some members of the Torada Collective, a group of unconventional artists, were still located on Nooroyo. She requested their return from behind the lines of the Confederacy of Independent Systems on behalf of the artists' families.
After Padmé received Jamillia's request, she, Anakin Skywalker, and R2-D2 set out for Nooroyo aboard Padmé's personal ship. During their journey, Anakin placed his cloak in a storage space on Padmé's vessel. Upon arriving at the artist community situated north of Nooro-City, they were welcomed by Celena, the commune's leader, who facilitated a meeting with Kharl, one of the artists. During this meeting, Kharl explained that most of the artists preferred to stay on Nooroyo for various reasons. After communicating this to the visitors, he recognized Padmé's true identity as the renowned senator from Naboo. Upon this realization, he urged her to leave immediately, as Nute Gunray was present on the planet negotiating a deal for the planet's spice exports.
Upon learning this information, Amidala and Skywalker quickly returned to her ship. Before departing, she instructed Kharl to inform the artists that they needed to leave immediately if they desired to evacuate the planet. As they were preparing to leave, after a droid starfighter had passed by and reported that an inspection team would soon examine their vessel, Kharl brought them the only artist who wanted to leave: Queen Jamillia's sister, Antraya. With Antraya safely on board, the group departed before their ship could be scanned by droid ships.
Upon their return to Naboo, Padmé reunited Queen Jamillia with her sister Antraya, while Anakin remained on the ship. Subsequently, the couple returned to the lake house, arriving just in time for their sunset wedding. Padmé reflected on the sisters' reunion when she witnessed the magistrate of Hebekrr Minor being reunited with family members whom the senator had helped rescue. Later in the war, Jar Jar Binks utilized the cloak that Anakin had left on the ship to disguise himself as a Jedi during the Mission to Rodia.
