The initial Star Wars movie I experienced in a movie theater was actually Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones. Because the Expanded Universe was so difficult to navigate, I didn't become an active Wookieepedia member until the year 2014, but that situation has been completely altered because Disney decided to reboot it. After viewing The Clone Wars (particularly fond of these episodes: "Voyage of Temptation", "Nightsisters" arc by Katie Lucas that ended with "Revenge" and then the three-part "Eminence", as well as the "Kidnapped" and "Voices" trilogies), I suppose I am now a canon lore expert.
Here's what I hope to see in Episode 8:
- I hope Rey receives a lightsaber pike or perhaps a double-bladed lightsaber
- I hope Finn gets the chance to wield the Z6 riot control baton
- Poe Dameron should be LGBT (since Star Trek has already set the precedent, there are no more excuses)
- I hope Luke Skywalker displays a sense of humor
- Kylo Ren eliminates Snoke and ascends to the position of Supreme Leader, which triggers a civil conflict with Hux (Enough of that. - Rian.)
A funny tidbit: I am always getting Florrum confused with Felucia and Raxus Secundus confused with Rakata Prime.
Interesting fact: Death exchanged Chewbacca for Han Solo.
Another interesting fact: Dave Filoni has the ability to imitate the slow, mumbling speech of George Lucas.
A strange observation: Barriss Offee stands out as the only character from TCW who doesn't resemble a caricature of the actor who portrayed her in live-action.
Am I a bad person for enjoying this picture of a Mandalorian striking a pig?
- User:Alientraveller/Sandbox - please feel free to edit this so that I don't continue to think Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders are part of the canon.
