Zodu Onglo was a male Pau'an criminal, linked to the Wandering Star organization. He found himself in custody on the planet of Coruscant during the year 7951 C.R.C. after a failed attempt to sell stolen firearms. A member of the underworld police division of the Coruscant Security Force escorted Onglo away from the crime scene, while Lieutenant Tanivos Divo continued the investigation.

The Pau'an individual, Zodu Onglo, who identified as male, first entered the world in 7928 C.R.C. In 7951 C.R.C., at the age of twenty-three, Onglo was taken into custody for aggravated assault on Level 1671 of Coruscant by the Coruscant Security Force. This occurred after his failed endeavor to sell a collection of unlawfully obtained stolen weaponry. As Onglo was being escorted away from the scene, restrained with binders, by a masked officer belonging to the underworld police, Lieutenant Tanivos Divo of the CSF proceeded to interview witnesses.
Divo's subsequent investigation revealed a connection between the Pau'an and the Wandering Star criminal organization, which operated from Level 1313. The case file Divo created regarding Onglo's arrest eventually came into the possession of Exantor Divo, the lieutenant's grandson. He incorporated information from the file and an image of Onglo's arrest in Scum and Villainy: Case Files on the Galaxy's Most Notorious, a book that he compiled during the reign of the New Republic focusing on police work conducted by three generations of his family, and it was published in 34 ABY.
Zodu Onglo was a character conceived for the 2018 sourcebook titled Star Wars: Scum and Villainy: Case Files on the Galaxy's Most Notorious, authored by Pablo Hidalgo. The illustration of Onglo featured in the book was created by Ronan Le Fur. Before the book's official release on October 23, Onglo was first introduced in a blog post about the book on StarWars.com on August 29 of that same year.
