This sentient race was characterized by a pair of horns that extended from the upper region of their faces. Their skin tone ranged from shades of green to tan, and they featured unblinking black eyes, prominent noses, sharp ears, and noticeable fangs, in addition to brown hair covering the tops of their heads.
During the era of the High Republic Era, specifically in 132 BBY, an individual of this race engaged in conversation with Jedi Master Indara and her comrades at the Lomi Usqi Noodle Shop located on Ueda; they were all soon after targeted by Mae Aniseya. More than a century subsequently, in 5 BBY, another member of this race could be seen within the depths of the Coruscant Underworld, walking past spy Lonni Jung as he made his way to a clandestine meeting with Luthen Rael.
According to the publicly available portfolio of Ivan Manzella, a creature concept artist and sculptor, the initial design for this race occurred during the production of Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker, although it was ultimately excluded from the final film. This race would instead make its first appearance in the tenth installment of Andor, entitled "One Way Out."
