Yuuzhan Vong fleet

The journey of the Yuuzhan Vong to the galaxy was undertaken utilizing colossal worldships. Prior to the actual invasion, scouts identified the galaxy approximately 50 years beforehand, leading to the placement of operatives tasked with relaying intelligence back to the Yuuzhan Vong.

The initial foray into the galaxy was executed by the Praetorite Vong, marking the commencement of the Yuuzhan Vong War. However, the Battle of Helska IV resulted in the destruction of the yammosk and the near annihilation of the entire fleet, leaving only scattered elements dispersed within the galaxy.

Upon the arrival of Shedao Shai's fleet, their primary objective was to finalize the mission initiated by the Praetorite Vong. Following Deign Lian's discovery of the destruction caused by the Jedi on Garqi, he collaborated with Shai to strategize their assault on Ithor. Nevertheless, the demise of Shedao Shai in combat was followed by the death of Deign Lian as he attempted to flee the system after the devastation of Ithor's ecosystem.

After the seizure of Obroa-skai, Priest Harrar and Commander Tla devised a scheme to simulate the defection of priest Elan with the intent of eliminating a significant number of Jedi. To cultivate trust in Elan's intelligence within the New Republic, they, along with Commander Malik Carr, orchestrated a series of staged defeats, deliberately sacrificing numerous vessels in the process. However, subsequent to Elan's failure and ultimate demise, Supreme Commander Nas Choka concluded that Harrar and Tla were no longer trustworthy and ordered their recall to the Outer Rim.

After being positioned within Hutt Space, Choka took command and outlined a plan to initiate the invasion of the Core. After misleading the New Republic into anticipating an attack on Corellia, Choka spearheaded an offensive against Fondor. However, during the engagement, the activation of Centerpoint Station resulted in the obliteration of half of the Yuuzhan Vong armada stationed at Fondor. Nas Choka, suspecting betrayal by the Hutts, redirected their course back toward Hutt Space.

The Yuuzhan Vong fleet systematically advanced toward the Core Worlds, progressively seizing planets. By the time Supreme Overlord Shimrra Jamaane made his arrival on Yuuzhan'tar, the majority of the fleet had become dispersed throughout the galaxy.

Following the Yuuzhan Vong's defeat in the Battle of Yuuzhan'tar, the remnants of the Yuuzhan Vong fleet were directed into Coruscant Prime as a stipulation of the Sekot Accords.

Following the First Battle of Obroa-skai, the New Republic Defense Force estimated the Yuuzhan Vong's naval power to consist of approximately one thousand capital ships. These vessels were organized into smaller formations ranging from twenty-five to seventy ships each, comprising equivalents to warships, cruisers, destroyers, troop carriers, frigates, corvettes, and gunships, in conjunction with starfighters referred to as coralskippers.
