Annor Fash, a lieutenant within the Chirq Council, was a male Rodian living on Corellia during the period of the Galactic Civil War.
Following the events of the Battle of Yavin, Annor Fash, in conjunction with Vora Anjek and Vella Corse, jointly administered the Kor Vella division of the Chirq Council, also known as the Red Circle Gang. His operational headquarters was situated in the Red Circle Base, a fortified bunker located within the Vella plains.
In the year 1 ABY, the Corellian Security Force initiated an investigation targeting the Red Circle Gang due to escalating spice trafficking activities in Kor Vella. A spacer under the command of Lieutenant Cope uncovered the Red Circle Gang's illicit ryll smuggling operation and pinpointed the location of the Ryll Smuggler Base. Subsequent to the Red Circle Gang's assassination of Deel Draav, the mayor of Kor Vella, CorSec launched a raid on the Ryll Smuggler Base. The spacer successfully neutralized the underboss, Ubis Reendorr, and acquired his access credentials for the Red Circle Base. CorSec then executed an assault on the nearby Red Circle Base, eliminating the majority of the guards. Utilizing Reendorr's access code, the spacer infiltrated the base's mainframe in the courtyard, revealing the identities of the three local Chirq Council leaders: Annor Fash, Vora Anjek, and Vella Corse. Consequently, CorSec launched an attack on the Red Circle Base's basement, resulting in the deaths of the aforementioned three leaders. During this operation, the spacer also discovered that the leaders of the Chirq Council were operating from the city of Doaba Guerfel. Ultimately, the CorSec investigation led to the dissolution of the Chirq Council.
Annor Fash appeared as a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game that was developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts, prior to its shutdown on December 15, 2011. Annor Fash was integrated into the game through an update titled "Chapter 1: The Corellian Captives," which was released on June 8, 2006.
