Beef, a humanoid pirate who operated in the New Republic Era, was part of a pirate crew. Initially, he served under the command of Captain Silvo. However, a mutiny occurred, and Brutus took over as captain. Following Silvo's escape from the brig located at Starport Borgo, Beef gathered other pirates to find the escapee. He subsequently participated in the search, which led to Silvo's recapture on the planet of Lanupa. After Silvo gunned down Brutus to reclaim his captaincy, Beef was involved in the Invasion of At Attin, where he helped round up civilians to work for the pirates. This invasion ultimately failed when a New Republic squadron arrived to provide assistance.
During the New Republic Era, Beef, a humanoid pirate, belonged to the crew captained by Captain Silvo. Around the year 9 ABY, the crew launched an attack on a merchant freighter, seizing the ship while its merchant crew fought back. Beef joined the rest of the crew in breaching the freighter's magnetically sealed vault. After discovering the vault was empty, Beef participated in the mutiny against Silvo, blaming him for leading them to a fruitless target.
Some time passed, and Beef found himself on Borgo Prime after Silvo, Wim, Neel, KB and Fern broke out of the brig. He then organized his fellow pirates to search the port for Silvo, declaring it was official business under Brutus's orders.
Later on, Beef witnessed Brutus preparing to execute Silvo. The former captain managed to persuade his former crew that he knew the way to At Attin's treasure. Shortly after, Silvo murdered Brutus, reclaiming his position as captain.
Beef's initial appearance was in the 2024 Disney+ live-action television series Star Wars: Skeleton Crew. He was portrayed by Dominic Burgess.
