The Delphidian Cluster, a stellar nursery, existed within the Mid Rim Territories close to Wild Space. Its location was specified as grid square I-15 on the Standard Galactic Grid. This star cluster served as the original home for the various related species collectively called the Delphidians, who, while using numerous individual dialects, also created a shared trade language known as Delphidian.
Prior to its discovery by the Galactic Republic, the Delphidian Cluster was the origin of the Delphidians who belonged to a brawling confederation for centuries. The pirate Sidon Ithano was originally from this cluster. Ultimately, the Delphidian Cluster received a mention within the pages of an artist's journal that focused on the Delphidian people. This journal was later restored, expanded upon, and put on display at the Graf Archive sometime after 34 ABY.
