Fruited Moon

The Fruited Moon existed as a satellite orbiting the planet known as Hetzal Prime. It was situated within the Hetzal system, which itself resided in the Outer Rim Territories. Similar to the Rooted Moon, the other inhabited moon of Hetzal Prime, the Fruited Moon was primarily an agricultural center. Visually, it presented an orange and green appearance when viewed from the vastness of space, and it was famous for its rich harvests. During the time of the High Republic Era, its population reached four billion inhabitants.

The Great Hyperspace Disaster brought about a situation where hyperspace anomalies threatened the entire Hetzal system, endangering Hetzal Prime and its moons. Following the order from Minister Zeffren Ecka for a system-wide evacuation, the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic jointly responded, spearheading a rescue operation aimed at saving the system's inhabitants. A group consisting of three Jedi Vectors, each carrying Jedi Knights Te'Ami, Mikkel Sutmani, and Nib Assek along with her Padawan Burryaga Agaburry, and a Republic Longbeam cruiser manned by volunteers Joss and Pikka Adren, converged to attempt to neutralize an anomaly that was targeting the main landmass of the Fruited Moon. As Te'Ami had control of all the weapons, the Duros Jedi was on the verge of firing, but Burryaga intervened, preventing the shot. He had sensed through the Force that the anomaly was actually a part of a starship that still had living beings aboard. Subsequently, Te'Ami shared this crucial information with Avar Kriss, the Jedi Master who was overseeing the entire rescue operation. Avar Kriss then identified all anomalies that contained lifeforms and promptly alerted the Republic Defense Coalition forces participating in the rescue mission.
