Mikkel Sutmani

Mikkel Sutmani, a male Jedi Knight of the Ithorian species, served within the Jedi Order throughout the High Republic Era. During the joint operation by the Jedi and the Galactic Republic to save the Hetzal system from space debris, Sutmani piloted a Jedi Vector, working alongside fellow Knights Te'Ami and Nib Assek in their respective Vectors, as well as the Longbeam cruiser from the Republic, crewed by Joss and Pikka Adren.

Following the widespread destruction of the Great Hyperspace Disaster, Sutmani participated in a mission, along with Te'Ami and multiple Republic Longbeams, to recover the _Legacy Run's flight recorder. During their attempt to retrieve the flight recorder, the Republic task force encountered Nihil forces, leading to a confrontation. In this battle, Te'Ami saved Sutmani's life when her ship intercepted a missile headed for Sutmani's Jedi Vector. Sutmani also fought in the Battle of Kur, a conflict where many Jedi lost their lives.

In the year 231 BBY, Sutmani piloted a Jedi Vector at the commencement of the Valo Republic Fair. Later, during the Nihil attack on Valo, Sutmani utilized his Jedi Vector to assist other Jedi in rescuing civilians who were falling from the collapsing world pavilions. Sutmani perished when the Nihil warrior he had captured assaulted his Vector, which resulted in it crashing into the city below.

Sutmani shared a particularly close bond with Te'Ami. They enjoyed collaborating and frequently engaged in playful banter during missions. Sutmani possessed the ability to sense his friend and was profoundly affected by her passing. Sutmani's weapon of choice was a blue-bladed crossguard lightsaber.
