Glowen Faquidde


Glowen Faquidde, a humanoid alien with white skin, belonged to a certain species. In 34 ABY, this individual could be found within the Canto Casino located on the planet of Cantonica. As fathiers raced on the Canto Bight racetrack nearby, causing the casino to tremble, Faquidde was observed sitting at one of the bars accompanied by a small alien and a beverage.

Biography

During the war between the First Order and the Resistance in 34 ABY, Glowen Faquidde was an alien present in the city of Canto Bight on Cantonica. Near a bar inside the Canto Casino, Faquidde was seated at a table with a small alien beside a glass filled with an amber-colored liquid. Simultaneously, Rose Tico and Finn, who were Resistance operatives, were searching the premises for the individual referred to as the Master Codebreaker. The casino vibrated as fathiers thundered past on the adjacent Canto Bight racetrack, while the alien pair engaged in conversation with gestures. At some point, Faquidde was also seen standing with Terrib Igmusk, the hotel concierge of the casino.

Personality and traits

Glowen Faquidde was a humanoid alien of a certain species with white skin. This being possessed at least two arms that ended in hands, each having four fingers and a thumb. The head of Faquidde featured a pair of blue eyes facing forward, characterized by large pupils, as well as a collection of pink tendrils that dangled beneath the chin.

Equipment

While present in the Canto Bight casino, Faquidde was seen wearing black robes adorned with patterns, complete with a hood and white lining.

Lynn Robertson Bruce played Glowen Faquidde, a creature performer. The character's initial appearance was in Star Wars: Episode VIII The Last Jedi, a sequel trilogy film that premiered on December 15, 2017. Star Wars: The Last Jedi: The Visual Dictionary, penned by Pablo Hidalgo, identified the character and was launched on the same day as the movie. Ivan Manzella, a senior sculptor, created concept art for the film, naming the character "King 29."

Faquidde was also featured in Star Wars: The Last Jedi Look and Find, a children's activity book illustrated by Art Mawhinney that was also released on the same day as the film. The book erroneously depicts the character with brown, two-fingered hands, differing from the white-skinned hands with at least four fingers seen in the film.
