Havoc, a member of Tango Company within the Grand Army of the Republic, was a clone trooper who fought in the Clone Wars.
Alongside his comrades in Tango Company, Havoc participated in the Second Battle of Geonosis. Subsequently, he was dispatched on a mission to deliver medical supplies to Ord Cestus. During the return journey to Republic space aboard a Republic supply vessel, escorted by Jedi Commanders Ahsoka Tano and Barriss Offee, he detected the sounds of blaster fire emanating from the mess hall. Accompanied by Trap, the leader of Tango Company, he hurried to investigate, only to be confronted by Tano and Offee, who had recently survived an assault by two other clones, Ox and Edge. After Havoc and Trap successfully convinced the Jedi of their innocence, the four attempted to establish communication with the bridge using a comlink, but their efforts were unsuccessful. Consequently, the Jedi departed to examine the bridge, instructing Havoc to remain behind and supervise the incapacitated Ox and Edge.
While Ahsoka and Barriss were absent, Havoc succumbed to the influence of Geonosian brain worms that had infiltrated the ship, leading to his mind control, mirroring the fate of Ox and Edge. Later, along with Scythe and Edge, he cornered the last uninfected clone trooper aboard the ship and infected him with a brain worm. Immediately following this, he and the other clones were compelled to attack the Jedi who had witnessed their actions. Although the Jedi managed to escape through the ventilation system and Havoc's group captured and infected Offee, Havoc and the rest of the crew were ultimately sterilized when Tano breached the ship's cooling tanks, eliminating the brain worms.
Havoc was equipped with Phase I clone trooper armor adorned with blue markings characteristic of his unit. His armor featured a striped emblem on his armored shoulder plates, resembling a stylized tiger face. His primary weapon was a DC-15A blaster carbine.
