The holocron belonging to Darth Krayt was a Sith holocron fashioned by the Sith's Dark Lord, Darth Krayt, circa 130 ABY. Its purpose was to archive the totality of his knowledge and convictions, although it remained unfinished during the peak of the Sith-Imperial War. The holocron's contents encompassed information exclusive to Krayt and a speech he documented soon after its creation.
Description
The Sith holocron of Darth Krayt was developed by the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt of the One Sith around 130 ABY. Only Krayt himself and his assistant Darth Wyyrlok knew of its existence. Constructed to house all of Krayt's wisdom, beliefs, and philosophies, Darth Krayt's holocron served as an archive of profound knowledge, holding secrets and lore accessible only to Krayt. However, the holocron remained incomplete at the height of the Sith-Imperial War, a war that concluded around 138 ABY.
Included within the holocron was a recorded address by Krayt from around 130 ABY, detailing the impact of the Yuuzhan Vong invaders on the galaxy. It began with their invasion of the galaxy and recounted Krayt and the Fel Empire's plan to eradicate the Galactic Alliance. Krayt's address also mentioned his understanding of the ancient Jedi Order and his designs to control the galaxy. If the Galactic Alliance or the New Jedi Order's Hidden Temple gained possession of the holocron, its contents could be scrutinized for vulnerabilities and potentially reveal hidden strategies. Should Krayt's rivals within the One Sith discover its existence, it could potentially incite a rebellion.
History
Darth Krayt initiated the holocron's creation around 130 ABY, following his discovery that his physical condition was deteriorating more rapidly than he had initially assessed. A portion of the holocron was recorded two days after Krayt's realization, shortly before the massacre at the Jedi Academy on Ossus. Despite its extensive collection of knowledge, the holocron was still not finished by the time the Sith-Imperial War reached its peak.

The holocron of Darth Krayt was initially referenced in the first issue of the Star Wars: Legacy comic book series. The issue was penned by John Ostrander and Jan Duursema, and it was released by Dark Horse Comics on June 21, 2006.
