Exclusive Fiction
The "Exclusive Fiction" portion of Star Wars Insider is a regular segment. It presents either brand-new short stories or previews from forthcoming Star Wars novels. Prior to the release of Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, this section showcased numerous Clone Wars short stories. However, after issue number 88, it was temporarily discontinued. It made a comeback starting with issue 124, featuring fresh fiction under the "Exclusive Fiction" banner. Occasionally, previews of upcoming novels were published under the alternative title "Fiction Extract."
