Mog Adana

During the High Republic Era, within the ranks of the Jedi Order, existed Mog Adana, a human Jedi apprentice, known as a Padawan. In 132 BBY, he picked up a distress signal originating from Khofar, a planet situated in the Outer Rim, sent by Jedi Master Sol. Adana, whose duties included administrative tasks for Master Vernestra Rwoh, promptly informed her of the message. Subsequently, Rwoh assembled a team destined for Khofar, their objective being to meet with Sol and delve into the mysteries surrounding the murders of several Jedi. Adana was among those chosen to accompany her. Upon their arrival on Khofar, they found that Sol's Polan GX-8 had just engaged its hyperspace drive. Rwoh guided her team into the jungle, where they discovered the deceased bodies of Jecki Lon, Yord Fandar, Ithia Paan, and the rest of Sol's team. Adana then shared with Rwoh that there was no sign of Verosha Aniseya or her twin Mae-ho Aniseya, leading him to believe they had survived the massacre.

Rwoh then inquired about Adana's observations. He recounted witnessing an explosion followed by a battle, a lone figure against many. He described his power as immense and his fighting style unpredictable, with a clear intention to eliminate all opposition. After Rwoh used her lightwhip to destroy an attacking umbramoth, she pointed out that all the victims had been slain by a lightsaber and asked for his interpretation. Adana deduced that a formidable Jedi had succumbed to darkness. He then questioned whether Rwoh suspected Sol of committing the murders, a suggestion she found audacious. Adana further probed, asking if Sol was responsible for the killings and, if so, why he would send a distress call. Rwoh responded by stating it was time to return to the ship and prepare the fallen Jedi for burial.

Later, inside the Jedi Temple, Adana informed Rwoh of Senator Rayencourt's arrival for a visit. Rwoh expressed her displeasure that Adana had granted the senator access to the control room. Afterward, Adana told Rwoh that they had located Sol on Brendok after Sol reactivated his transponder. She instructed him to ready her starship for departure and to assemble as many Jedi Knights as possible discreetly. When Adana inquired if she anticipated a confrontation, she clarified that her aim was to find a resolution.

Once the Cantaros landed on Brendok, Rwoh sensed the presence of her former padawan as she disembarked. Without sharing her feelings with Adana or the other Jedi, she instructed them to follow her into the Brendok fortress. As Adana was about to enter the fortress, Bazil met with Adana, relieving the padawan. Once inside, Rwoh directed two Jedi to search the premises, while Adana, accompanied by Bazil, was tasked with searching the area surrounding the fortress, with Bazil tracking their suspects. Aided by Bazil's tracking skills, Adana eventually discovered an amnesiac Mae Aniseya near a Bunta tree. He commanded her to remain still, drop any weapons, and surrender, informing her that she was under arrest. Confused, Mae questioned the reason for her arrest.
