Nevarro City, serving as the [capital](/article/capital], was located on the planet of Nevarro. Within its boundaries, one could find a bazaar, a cantina (later repurposed as a school), an Imperial facility, and the Twi'lek healing baths. Beneath the urban sprawl, a sewer system housed the Tribe's covert. An underground river of lava provided a link between the city's subterranean passages and the world beyond.

During 9 ABY, the city was the site of a skirmish involving Moff Gideon's Imperial remnant and a group of bounty hunters commanded by Din Djarin. Following the liberation of Nevarro from Imperial control, Karga and Dune spearheaded the city's reconstruction, with Karga acting as a Magistrate and Dune serving as the local Marshal. Subsequently, the city evolved into a reputable and welcoming place for a diverse population. The streets flourished with vendors, social hubs, and greenery, and a statue was erected to honor IG-11.
The city prospered, transforming the planet into an independent trading hub and a Hyperlane port on the Outer Rim's Hydian Way. A construction boom swept through the city, fueled by profits from belters mining the asteroid fields located at the edge of Nevarro's system. Kowakian monkey-lizards were seen peacefully inhabiting trees, instead of being cooked.
The city endured a siege by Captain Gorian Shard and his pirate gang, who briefly seized control from High Magistrate Karga. However, Shard and the majority of his gang met their demise when Karga received assistance from the Children of the Watch under Din Djarin and Lady Bo-Katan Kryze, who helped him reclaim the city. As a reward, Karga granted the Mandalorians all the land from the western lava flats to Bulloch Canyon. He proclaimed that although they lacked a home planet, they now had a home on Nevarro, a statement met with cheers and celebration from the townspeople.
