Ozz, the royal leader of the Ugnaughts, specifically a male of that species, held the position of king over Ugnorgrad. Ugnorgrad was a floating platform, terraformed for habitation, situated within the atmosphere of Bespin, a gas giant located in the Anoat sector. This floating platform served as the home for a community of Ugnaughts. During the Iron Blockade, a period when the Galactic Empire imposed a blockade on the Anoat sector to suppress news of Galactic Emperor Sheev Palpatine's death following the Empire's defeat at the Battle of Endor, Ugnorgrad faced constant harassment from Imperial forces. Because of this, Ozz promised valuable resources as payment to anyone willing to assist in resolving the Imperial problem.
The Smuggler dispatched a member of their crew to aid Ozz in his struggle against the Imperials, successfully earning the rewards offered by the Ugnaught king.
Within the present Star Wars canon, Ozz received a mention in the 2015 mobile game, Star Wars: Uprising. This game, developed by Kabam, was discontinued in 2016. The character's name appeared in an optional Crew Run mission, and this article operates under the assumption that the mission was successfully completed as part of a 100% game completion.
Ozz was first introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity, making his initial appearance in Star Wars 57.
