Scum-squid

On the moon Nar Shaddaa, found in both Hutt Space and the Outer Rim, resided carnivorous squid known as scum-squids, which were capable of consuming humans. The Jedi-in-training Luke Skywalker entered a bar on Nar Shaddaa in 0 ABY, where he announced to those present that he desired transport to Coruscant, a planet in the Core Worlds. The bar's Zabrak bartender then instructed the patrons to kill Skywalker, rob him, and then offer his body as food to the scum-squids.

Skywalker engaged in combat with several of the bar's occupants, subsequently revealing his possession of a lightsaber. This led the Zabrak to propose an alternative arrangement: transporting the Jedi to Coruscant in exchange for the lightsaber, an offer Skywalker rejected. Consequently, the bartender reiterated his initial directive to the patrons: eliminate the Jedi and provide him to the scum-squids. However, Skywalker managed to escape and pursued a thief who had absconded with his lightsaber.
