Sith talisman
A Sith talisman, which is also referred to as a Sith amulet, represented a potent Sith artifact employed to strengthen the effects of Sith magic. These amulets, resembling pieces of jewelry, were typically donned either around the neck as medallions or on the hand as gauntlets. Sith Lords utilized these "ornaments" as a means to focus and direct substantial dark side energy.
Description

These Sith amulets had the capability to bestow upon their user the skill to interpret ancient Sith writings, which is how Satal Keto gained the ability to decipher the Sith magic tome he had purloined. In battle, Sith amulets could be used to channel dark side energy into concentrated beams of deadly force that could be projected from the wielder's hand. Certain amulets offered protection, such as the Gauntlet of Kressh the Younger, or talismans that could deflect incoming weapon fire, Force-based attacks, and even lightsaber strikes, contingent on the wearer's focus and strength. The Sith amulet belonging to Lord Rin Shuuir possessed the capacity to mend severe injuries. Sith amulets could also project images akin to a holoprojector; Gav Daragon once employed an amulet given to him by Dark Lord Naga Sadow to create a message featuring Force-projected images for his sister Jori, and Exar Kun leveraged this ability to present his group of Jedi defectors with a Force-generated image depicting his destruction of Freedon Nadd.
A specific amulet that was once owned by the Dark Lord Kaan was eventually incorporated into the glove of the later Dark Lord Darth Vader. The Amulet of Kalara represented another Sith amulet, discovered by Jedi Knight Ben Skywalker, although its specific powers and capabilities remain unknown.
History
Sith amulets enjoyed widespread use during the era of the Sith Empire. Karness Muur, a member of the Dark Jedi Exiles, received his own distinctive amulet, known as the Muur Talisman, from his fellow Jen'jidai Sorzus Syn. This amulet served as the vessel in which his spirit resided after his physical demise. Later Sith Lords during the Golden Age of the Sith, including Ludo Kressh and Naga Sadow, also possessed and wore Sith amulets to augment their power.
King Ommin of Onderon maintained a collection of Sith amulets, and he would occasionally wear one around his neck. In 3998 BBY, Ommin gifted another of his amulets to Satal Keto, who would later become the leader of the Krath. This amulet was eventually acquired by Ulic Qel-Droma, who was a Dark Jedi at the time. Furthermore, Exar Kun obtained Naga Sadow's ancient amulet from the spirit of Freedon Nadd. Upon deeming his training under Nadd complete, Exar Kun utilized the amulet to eliminate the Dark Lord's spirit, as well as the ancient abominable dark side monsters inhabiting the Massassi temples located on Yavin 4. It was later revealed that the amulet in Exar Kun's possession was the counterpart to Ulic-Droma's. Consequently, during the duel between the pair within the Krath's Iron Citadel, their amulets recognized one another and became active. The spirits of ancient Sith Lords materialized, including the specter of the Dark Lord Marka Ragnos, who proclaimed Kun and Qel-Droma as the heralds of a new Sith-dominated empire.
