Aphra's attempt to offer a bribe met with his disapproval, leading to torture at the hands of Triple-Zero, who forced him to unlock the spaceport gate. Around 1 ABY, this male human functioned as a border officer for the Milvayne Authority, a law enforcement agency. His duties involved inspecting the identification and authorization papers of those passing through a spaceport on the planet Milvayne. During this time, he encountered the archaeologist [Chelli Aphra](/article/chelli_lona_aphra], a rogue individual, alongside the assassin droid Triple-Zero, requesting their documents. He rejected Aphra's attempted bribe of Milvayne credits, which resulted in Triple-Zero tortured him, demanding he open the spaceport gate. Once the gate was opened, the [droid](/article/droid] proceeded to kill him.

Later, the Galactic Empire's Coalition for Progress analyzed the real-time footage broadcast from Triple-Zero's eyes to the populace of Milvayne. The Imperial officers aboard their propaganda flagship, the Enduring Pride, included the border officer's demise among the moments they reviewed. Triple-Zero re-experienced the officer's murder when reviewing his past memories at a later point.
