A First Order lieutenant held a station on the bridge of the Thunderer, a Resurgent-class Star Destroyer. This vessel was under the joint command of First Order Agent Tierny and Commander Pyre during their mission to find the supertanker fuel depot Colossus. The lieutenant notified Pyre and Tierny that the comlink of First Order TIE Fighter Pilot cadet DT-533 had been successfully decrypted. This decryption revealed the Colossus's location to be at the planet D'Qar, the site of a recent battle where the Resistance's main forces had evacuated their base. This information came to light after Resistance member Kazuda Xiono sent a transmission to the cadet's comlink, leading to her being convinced to surrender it.
Upon the Star Destroyer's arrival in the Ileenium system, Pyre and Tierny were informed by the lieutenant that the sail barge Galleon had been detected within the wreckage of the Mandator IV-class Siege Dreadnought Fulminatrix. The Galleon belonged to the Warbird gang of pirates, who had previously been employed by the First Order before their betrayed.
During the Battle of Barabesh, the lieutenant met his end. He perished when the battlecruiser he was on was obliterated by Colossus Resistance forces, resulting in the death of the entire crew.
