Unidentified Imperial shuttle pilot

A pilot, who was a male human, served Moff Gideon's Galactic Empire remnant. Circa 9 ABY, while transporting Doctor Penn Pershing aboard the Lambda-class T-4a shuttle designated Shuttle 2743, he and his fellow pilot were chased by the Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft Slave I. The Slave I disabled the shuttle and attached itself, and the Mandalorian Din Djarin then boarded the vessel. The pilot attempted to defuse the situation after his co-pilot brandished a weapon at Pershing, but his comrade fatally shot him, resulting in his death.

Biography

This pilot was part of a Galactic Empire remnant under the command of Moff Gideon during the New Republic reign. Around 9 ABY, he and a co-pilot were transporting Doctor Penn Pershing, a clone engineer, on the Lambda-class T-4a shuttle designated Shuttle 2743. The Slave I, a Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft, pursued them and fired upon the shuttle. Although the pilots tried to evade the Slave I, an Ion cannon blast soon rendered Shuttle 2743 immobile.

The shuttle pilot and co-pilot are confronted by Din Djarin and Cara Dune

The pilot of the shuttle reported the loss of the shuttle's avionics and the disabling of communications. Boba Fett, who was piloting the Slave I, subsequently gave the order to deactivate the vessel's deflector shields and transponder. The attack craft quickly latched onto Shuttle 2743, and Din Djarin, the Mandalorian, entered with his blaster drawn. The pilot and Pershing raised their hands in surrender, but the co-pilot quickly aimed a gun at Pershing. As Cara Dune, a New Republic marshal, joined the confrontation, the pilot attempted to distance himself from his colleague and negotiate a resolution. However, the co-pilot unexpectedly shot him, and the pilot, after a brief moment of panic, perishing on the ground.

Personality and traits

This human male Imperial shuttle pilot possessed fair skin and green eyes. After an ion cannon struck Shuttle 2743, the pilot made an assessment of the vessel's system failures. He attempted to reason with Din Djarin by disavowing his co-pilot's actions after the co-pilot aimed a gun at Pershing, but his efforts were unsuccessful.

Equipment

The pilot wore a black flight suit displaying the Imperial crest on the shoulders. He completed his attire with black gloves and an aviator hat equipped with an integrated comlink.
