Unidentified T-series tactical droid (Anaxes)
A T-series tactical droid saw action during the Clone Wars, specifically during the Battle of Anaxes on the planet of Anaxes. Following a brief exchange of fire between Clone Force 99 and a group of B1-series battle droids, the droid arrived, bearing a hologram of Admiral Trench. A BX-series droid commando then addressed the hologram, explaining that the clones had employed unconventional strategies to overcome the droids. Once the report concluded, the tactical droid returned to the speeder it arrived on and departed. Throughout the battle, the droid continued relaying information about the clone troopers' actions to the Harch.
Biography
Serving Trench
The tactical droid was under the command of Admiral Trench in 19 BBY during the Clone Wars, specifically in the Battle of Anaxes. Following a short fight between Clone Force 99 and a group of B1-series battle droids, he arrived via speeder at the crash site of a Republic Gunship.
While communicating with Admiral Trench, the tactical droid was approached by a BX-series droid commando, who addressed the hologram and reported that the clones had used unorthodox methods to defeat the droids. Later, the tactical droid reported to Trench from an ambushed separatist outpost, informing the Admiral that a clone strike team had captured the outpost and deserted it, the Harch told him that he saw no tactical value in taking the outpost, however, he informed the droid that the clones' next target would be the Cyber Center, and that he wanted the tactical droid to connect him with the outpost immediately. Following the clones' retreat from the Cyber Center, the tactical droid informed Trench that they had established a connection with the planet Skako Minor while there, which greatly concerned Trench.
Legacy
Upon learning about the connection to Skako Minor, Trench contacted Minister Wat Tambor, warning him that the Republic was preparing to attack the Techno Union. Despite Wat Tambor's initial skepticism, he eventually heeded Trench's warning and began preparations for the clones' arrival.
Behind the scenes
The T-series tactical droid made its debut in "The Bad Batch," the initial episode of the seventh season's Star Wars: The Clone Wars TV series, which was broadcast on February 21, 2020.
