A Twi'lek woman was employed as a waitress at Garsa Fwip's Sanctuary, a bar situated in Mos Espa and owned by Garsa Fwip. When Daimyo Boba Fett and Fennec Shand, his assassin, paid a visit to the establishment, the waitress and her colleague greeted them, taking their headgear to be cleaned. Upon their return, Fett and Shand discovered that the crime lord's helmet contained currency. She was present at the Sanctuary during the arrival of the Hutt siblings in Mos Espa and later observed Krrsantan, the fighter, attacking a group of Trandoshan bettors. She met her end within Garsa's Sanctuary when the Pyke Syndicate set a container to detonate inside the building.
Around 9 ABY, the Twi'lek female was a server employed at Garsa Fwip's Sanctuary, located on the world of Tatooine, working for Madam Garsa Fwip, her Twi'lek superior. When the crime boss Boba Fett and his associate, the skilled assassin Fennec Shand, came to the bar, the Twi'lek server, along with a male co-worker, welcomed them and offered to clean their helmets. Initially, Shand refused, but Fett accepted and asked for Shand's to be cleaned as well. The female took Fett's helmet, while her male co-worker took Shand's. As the crime lord and Fwip were nearing the end of their discussion, Fwip clapped to signal the servers to return the helmets. After Fwip thanked Fett for his visit and he prepared to leave, the female server gave Fett back his helmet, and the male server returned Shand's. As the servers walked away, Shand noticed that Fett's helmet contained credits.
When Fett and Shand returned to the Sanctuary with two Gamorrean guards, on the advice of Mayor Mok Shaiz, the server whispered to Fwip to inform her of their arrival. Sometime later, she greeted a group of Trandoshans who were gambling at the Sanctuary, just before Krrsantan attacked them and tore off the arm of one of them. Krrsantan then paid his bill to the server.
One evening, when two Pyke Syndicate members entered the Sanctuary, the Twi'lek spoke briefly with Fwip after Fwip noticed the Pykes entering. She then joined her male colleague and approached the Pykes after they sat down. Her colleague offered to clean their helmets, but the two Twi'leks left after the patrons declined, meeting with Fwip where the female server informed the Madam of the refusal. The three Twi'leks watched the Pykes leave the Sanctuary as a server droid tried to tell the Pykes about their forgotten container. Shortly after, an explosion occurred within the Sanctuary, resulting in her death.
The Twi'lek server wore a black head covering that covered the top of her head and the base of her head-tails. She wore a two-piece outfit resembling a dancing-girl outfit, which consisted of a metal top and metal-and-fabric pants, exposing her midriff and back. She also wore a necklace and bracelets on both wrists.
The female Twi'lek server made her debut in "Chapter 1: Stranger in a Strange Land," which was released on Disney+ on December 29, 2021, and served as the premiere episode of The Book of Boba Fett. She was portrayed by Andrea Bartlow.
