A server, who was a male Twi'lek, was employed by Madam Garsa Fwip at Garsa Fwip's Sanctuary, her cantina located on the planet of Tatooine. This occurred around the time of 9 ABY. When Boba Fett, the newly appointed crime lord, and Fennec Shand, a Master Assassin, made a visit to the cantina, the Twi'lek server, along with a female colleague, greeted them and offered to take their helmets for cleaning. They were present at the Sanctuary when the Hutt twins arrived in the city of Mos Espa, and later when Krrsantan, a bounty hunter, attacked a group of Trandoshan gamblers. Sadly, they perished inside Garsa's Sanctuary because the Pyke Syndicate had set a camtono to explode within the cantina.

Around 9 ABY, a male Twi'lek worked as a server in the cantina owned by Madam Garsa Fwip, also a Twi'lek. This establishment, named Garsa Fwip's Sanctuary (or simply, the Sanctuary), was situated in the city of Mos Espa on the planet Tatooine. On one occasion, when the new crime lord Boba Fett, accompanied by Fennec Shand, the Master Assassin, visited the cantina, this Twi'lek server and a female colleague (also a Twi'lek) welcomed them. They offered to clean the pair's helmets. Initially, Shand declined, but Fett accepted, requesting that Shand's helmet be cleaned as well. The male server took Shand's helmet, while his female colleague took Fett's. As Fett and Fwip concluded their conversation, Fwip clapped to signal the servers to return the helmets. After Fwip thanked Fett for his visit and he began to depart, the servers returned their respective helmets. As the servers walked away, Shand noticed that Fett's helmet contained New Republic credits.
On a subsequent visit by Fett and Shand, the server observed the cantina as they discussed an assassination attempt on Fett with Fwip. The arrival of the litter for the Hutt twins – cousins of the late Jabba Desilijic Tiure, a previous crime lord – was announced by drumming. This drew the attention of the male server, along with the other patrons of the Sanctuary, towards the entrance. Later, the Twi'lek was present when Krrsantan, a Wookiee bounty hunter, attacked a group of Trandoshan gamblers. The server watched as Fwip tried to calm Krrsantan, only for the hunter to tear an arm off one of the gamblers.

One night, the Twi'lek was at the gambling table when two members of the Pyke Syndicate entered the Sanctuary. As the Pykes took their seats, the server and his female colleague approached them, offering to clean their helmets. However, the Pykes declined, and the two Twi'leks left. Upon returning to Fwip, the female server informed her that the offer had been rejected. The three Twi'leks then watched as the Pykes left the Sanctuary, only for a server droid to inform them that they had forgotten their camtono. Shortly after, the camtono exploded, killing the server and many others inside the Sanctuary.
The Twi'lek server wore a black headwrap that covered the top of his head, his ears, and the base of his lekku. He also wore a necklace with two triangular plates resting against his chest. A brown band was on his left forearm, and bracelets adorned both wrists. He wore brown pants with a white fabric wrapped around his waist and draped in front of his legs, along with dark brown boots. A belt made of connecting circles completed his attire.

This Twi'lek server made his debut in the premiere episode of The Book of Boba Fett, a television series that premiered on December 29, 2021 on Disney+. He was credited as "Twi'lek Server" and portrayed by Marlon Aquino.
Aquino's audition for the role was a self-taped submission from his home. The project was initially only described as a Disney production. After being selected, he learned that it was Star Wars–related, but the specific show was not disclosed. Instead of a full script, Aquino only received the Twi'lek's lines to prepare. When he finally discovered the role he would be playing, Aquino was unfamiliar with Twi'leks. He researched the species online, which led him to Wookieepedia, the free, unofficial, and collaboratively edited Star Wars encyclopedia.
The start of filming for Aquino's role was delayed by approximately a month due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The actor had to arrive on set as early as 6:00 AM for the application of makeup and prosthetics, which took around two and a half hours. It required approximately five people to apply the mask, prosthetics, costume, and multiple layers of paint. An oil was applied to Aquino's skin to facilitate the smoothing and removal of the paint, with removal taking an hour and a half. Aquino spent up to ten hours a day on set. He described the lekku prosthetics as a burden that took time to adjust to, and the large size of Aquino's head made it more difficult to put on and take off the lekku prosthetics. Aquino discussed on the Force Geeks Podcast his surprise at fan speculation that his character was trans based on the conal ears, since Twi'lek women have typically been depicted with conal ears and Twi'lek men with human-like ears throughout Star Wars canon.
In the 2023 novelization of the series, The Book of Boba Fett Junior Novel, written by Joe Schreiber, some of the Twi'lek's scenes are depicted differently. In "Chapter 1: Stranger in a Strange Land," the server's line was changed from "your helmet" to "your helmets" in the novelization. While the male server returned Shand's helmet in Chapter 1, the novelization only stated that one of the servers returned both helmets, without specifying which one. This article follows the events as depicted in Chapter 1.
