Xonr's story is that of a bounty hunter employed by the Bounty Hunters' Guild during the Imperial Era. The year 1 BBY saw Beilert Valance, a renegade cyborg hunter of bounties, pilfer several of Xonr's assigned marks, a clear violation of the established Bounty Hunter Code. Xonr, in response, pursued Valance to BG-RT's Tavern and Spirits situated on the planet of Coruscant, intending to terminate him for his transgressions against the Guild's rules. However, the outcome was Xonr's demise, falling victim to Valance during the ensuing firefight.
Xonr's path led him to become a bounty hunter, joining the ranks of the Bounty Hunters' Guild. Over time, he acquired numerous cybernetic enhancements. In 1 BBY, Beilert Valance, a cyborg bounty hunter, flouted the Bounty Hunter Code by stealing five bounties that were rightfully Xonr's. This act prompted Xonr to hunt Valance down within the bustling BG-RT's Tavern and Spirits cantina, located in Level 1313 of the planet Coruscant. Upon entering the cantina, Xonr relinquished a rifle and a blaster pistol to a designated weapons inspection droid.

Discovering Valance in a state of inebriation, slumped over a table, Xonr rebuked him for his bounty theft and Code violation. Subsequently, Xonr took a seat opposite Valance, leveling a blaster pistol at him and declaring that his end had arrived, that it was his time. In a final act of disrespect, Xonr seized Valance's drink and consumed it when Valance requested one last sip. At that precise moment, Valance disclosed that he had intentionally allowed Xonr to locate him, having also drawn several other hunters to the same cantina. Initially taken aback by this revelation, Xonr maintained confidence in his ability to survive the encounter, but Valance swiftly dispatched his adversary, obliterating Xonr's head with his concealed palm blaster. This event ignited a shootout that resulted in the demise of all of Valance's other adversaries.
Despite his low opinion of other bounty hunters, Xonr held the Bounty Hunter Code in high regard and condemned Beilert Valance for his decision to violate it by stealing bounties. Driven by this conviction, Xonr plotted to kill Valance as retribution for his offenses. Even after realizing that Valance had orchestrated a trap for multiple hunters, Xonr mistakenly believed he could outmaneuver Valance, a misjudgment that led to his own demise. Xonr was a member of a sentient horned species, characterized by black eyes and red skin.

Xonr possessed cybernetic replacements for his right leg and left eye. The latter augmentation enabled him to identify targets within crowded environments and visually highlight specific individuals. During his confrontation with Beilert Valance on Coruscant, Xonr was attired in a black, long-sleeved, ribbed shirt; brown trousers; a brown utility belt equipped with a sizable pouch; a boot on his left foot; and a brown cape accompanied by gloves.
Xonr's arsenal comprised two blaster pistols: an NN-14 housed in a holster on his right hip, and another pistol secured in a holster at his chest. Additionally, he carried a rifle slung across his back. Upon entering the cantina, Xonr surrendered the rifle and chest pistol to a droid responsible for weapons inspection.
Xonr made his debut in the inaugural issue of the Star Wars: Target Vader comic-book miniseries. The narrative was crafted by Robbie Thompson, with illustrations by Marc Laming and Cris Bolson, and was released by Marvel Comics on July 3, 2019.
