Bellicose (Imperial-class)
The Bellicose, an Imperial-class Star Destroyer utilized by the Galactic Empire, was commanded by Commander Tylux, who held the rank of captain. Its destruction occurred during a pursuit of a spy working for the Alliance to Restore the Republic. The Bellicose was one of at least five Imperial-class Star Destroyers that made up a larger fleet.
Characteristics

Being an Imperial-class Star Destroyer, the Bellicose was constructed by Kuat Drive Yards and measured 1,600 meters in overall length. Its arsenal included sixty turbolasers, sixty heavy ion cannon batteries, and ten tractor beam projectors. Powering the Bellicose were three KDY Destroyer-I ion engines alongside four Cygnus Spaceworks Gemon-4 ion engines for emergency situations. The ship also featured a solar ionization reactor, two deflector shield generator domes, and a communications tower. It could achieve a maximum velocity of 975 kph and a speed of 60 MGLT.
Consistent with its Imperial-class designation, the Bellicose carried a complement of twenty AT-ATs, thirty AT-STs, eight Lambda-class T-4a shuttles, two Gozanti-class crusiers, and seventy-two TIE fighter series starfighters, which were launched from its pair of hangar bays. Furthermore, the Bellicose was equipped with a hyperdrive system and had enough supplies to sustain its crew for two years. The ship's operational crew consisted of 9,200 officers, 27,850 enlisted personnel, and 9,700 stormtroopers.
Role
During the Galactic Civil War, the Bellicose functioned as a warship, operating within a fleet that comprised four additional Imperial-class Star Destroyers.
History
Throughout the Galactic Civil War, the Bellicose was a part of the Imperial Navy of the Galactic Empire, serving within a larger fleet. Commander Tylux held the position of captain when the ship engaged in a conflict against forces of the Rebel Alliance.
