The Blade of Talzin was a sword composed of green and flaming ichor. Mother Talzin, the Nightsister leader, summoned it from the ether to battle Mace Windu, a Jedi Master, during the Clone Wars. Later, the Great Mothers gifted it to Morgan Elsbeth.
The hilt of the Blade of Talzin's sword bore a strong likeness to the face of Malmourral, the demon venerated by the Frangawl Cult. Emanating from the hilt's "mouth" was a blade enveloped in green flames made of magical ichor. When the Great Mothers created it, the sword's design was altered, featuring metal construction and a curved blade, and it was sheathed in green flames upon being drawn. The sword demonstrated resistance to lightsaber attacks, notably when Talzin wielded it against Mace Windu and his purple-bladed lightsaber, and again when Morgan Elsbeth fought Ahsoka Tano and her two white blades. By the conclusion of the duel between Elsbeth and Ahsoka, it seemed the sword lost its magical enchantments after Tano disarmed Elsbeth of it.

During the Clone Wars, Talzin, known as Mother, secured the allegiance of the Frangawl Clan, who began to worship her as their Great Mother. The cult amassed the Living Force from several Dagoyan Masters and abducted Julia, the Queen of Bardotta, taking her to the Temple of Malmourral on Zardossa Stix to drain her life force. As the ritual commenced, Talzin arrived on the moon, but Mace Windu, a Jedi Master, and Jar Jar Binks confronted her. From the mist, Talzin summoned her sword and battled the Jedi, but Jar Jar succeeded in freeing Julia and shattering the sphere containing the stolen life force, triggering a large explosion.

In 9 ABY, the Great Mothers presented this blade, in a changed form, to Morgan Elsbeth, a Nightsister and former magistrate of Corvus. They bestowed it, along with other powers, on Elsbeth due to her devotion to the sisterhood and their ancient traditions. The weapon adapted to its user, displaying a different hilt for Elsbeth compared to the one it had for Talzin.
Elsbeth engaged Ahsoka Tano in a duel using the blade, destroying one of her white lightsabers, but Tano ultimately killed her by using the sword and her remaining lightsaber to cut Elsbeth across the abdomen. The blade's present whereabouts are unknown.
The Blade of Talzin made its initial appearance in "The Disappeared, Part II" and reappeared in "Part Eight: The Jedi, the Witch, and the Warlord," where it received its identification. The official Star Wars TikTok page confirmed that the sword featured in "The Disappeared" was, in fact, the same weapon identified in "Part Eight."
